How to Book a Session
Booking a tutoring session with us is simple! All appointments are scheduled through our Google Form for a seamless and efficient process.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Pelican Academy, we understand that schedules can change. Below are our policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for both students and tutors.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at info@pelicanacademy.com.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

No-Shows: If a student does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Refund Policy

Single Session Refunds: Refunds are available if a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Multi-Hour Package Refunds:

Unused hours in 5-hour, 10-hour, 20-hour, or 30-hour packages may be refunded, but the discount originally applied will be adjusted.

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the number of hours used at the standard hourly rate.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing a package.

Tutor Cancellations: If our tutors at Pelican Academy cancel a session for any reason, students may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
